What is Upfade?
Answer:
If the two signals reach in phase then the signal amplifies. This is called upfade .

Upfademax=10 log d – 0.03d (dB), d is path length in Km

Fading is negative term & UPFADE is a positive term for the same

Upfade is use to understand the scenario of multipath fading,

when one signal following two path to travel between transmitter to receiver is known as multipath ,
If signal which is coming on multipath way having a same phase so these signals will add and resulting receiving signal will Stronger then signal received without multi path signal .

We can know the signal power in this unit dBW
dBW is decibel watt ,
for better under stand we can correlate with dB and dBm where dBm is mili watt (1 watt =1000 mili watts)
